[Shipping and Delivery]

* All products will be shipped within 5 business days, except for the BYPLIE’s order-made products (e.g. Romantic Tutu, etc.). 

   In case of delay due to internal factors, we will notify the customers in advance. 

* Unless requested otherwise, all international orders will be shipped via EMS post office within 7-14 business days. 

* If you need to change your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. 

   Once the item is shipped, we will not be able to change your shipping address.

* Please note that the delivery time is apart from the manufacturing and production time. 

* BYPLIE is not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen packages. 

   If your package is returned to us for any reason, including having an incorrect address, you will be notified and charged for additional shipping cost. 

* Any missing mail claim should be filed by the customer to the respective post office. 

   BYPLIE is not responsible for any packages that have a status of 'shipped' or 'delivered.'
